6 AM: North Lot and CenturyLink Field Parking Garage Opens

10 AM: Northwest (NW) Stadium Box Office Opens (Visit for Will Call, Ticket Sales, or Customer Service Inquiries)

4 PM: Occidental Ave S. Closes to Vehicle Traffic

4 PM: CenturyLink Field Event Center Box Office Opens (Visit for Customer Service Inquiries or to purchase Floor tickets)

5 PM: Gates Open (Early lineup is not permitted)

7 PM: Show starts

10:30 PM: Expected end of show

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Guests may not bring into or possess any of the following items while in the stadium:

  • Animals (service animals ok)
  • Alcohol/ Drugs/ Illegal Substances
  • Non-Clear Bags or Bags larger than 12” x 12” x 6”
  • Balls (including footballs, beach balls, inflatables, ), frisbees
  • Bottles (except for full, sealed plastic water bottles or empty plastic water bottles or soft sided juice boxes)
  • Cans and metal containers, including metal water bottles and aerosol cans (such as for sunscreen)
  • Outside Beverages (sodas, specialty coffees, sports drinks, etc.) NOTE: Single servings of food in clear plastic bags or pizza in a pizza box is permitted
  • Confetti / streamers
  • Coolers / thermoses / ice chests
  • Sticks or Flag Poles of any kind / tripods
  • Stools or other equipment to stand on
  • Selfie-sticks
  • Flares / smoke makers / fireworks / Flammable Materials
  • Flasks
  • Helium balloons
  • Laptop computers and tablets
  • Laser pointers / pens
  • Motorcycle Helmets
  • Noisemakers of any kind (including Trumpets, vuvuzelas, megaphones, cowbells, air horns, whistles, drums, etc.)
  • Professional Cameras (cameras with detachable lenses) or any camera with a lens longer than 3”
  • Seat cushions with pockets – Sounders restrict ALL seat cushions
  • Video cameras or GoPros
  • Signs or banners that are offensive in nature or block the view of other guests or create a safety hazard for guests and stadium staff
  • Wallet chains longer than 9” / spurs
  • Weapons of any kind, including pepper spray
  • All items with wheels, (e.g. bikes, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, hover boards) except for any device which is medically prescribed or utilized in compliance with the ADA or other law pertaining to access of disabled persons into CenturyLink field – STROLLERS ARE ALLOWED BUT MUST FIT UNDER THE SEAT OR BE CHECKED IN AT GUESTLINK
  • Any items deemed by management to be inappropriate will not be allowed in CenturyLink Field.

BAG POLICY

Fans may carry only the following style and size bag, package, or container into CenturyLink Field or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry.

  • Clear plastic/vinyl, not to exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag
  • Small clutch bags no bigger than 4.5” x 6.5” or approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle/strap, may be carried in along with a clear bag.

An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at VIP, Club or Suite gates.

Lockers will be available for purchase at the NW corner of the North Lot and at the SW corner of the CenturyLink Field Event Center.

BANNERS/SIGNS/FLAG GUIDELINES

Banners, signs and flags are permitted as long as they do not obstruct the view of guests or block stadium signage and must meet the following requirements:

  • Banners/signs/flags cannot be larger than 24” x 36” and cannot be on poles or sticks.
  • Items may not be constructed of wood, metal or any other material that may cause harm to others as determined by stadium management.
  • Any banner deemed by management to be inappropriate will not be allowed in CenturyLink Field.

Because all tickets are delivered digitally, tickets will not be sold physically at the box office until day of show. Make sure to download your tickets to your phone prior to getting to the stadium

TICKET POLICY

Guests of all ages must have an event ticket to enter the stadium.

There will be no re-entry after admittance.

Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. Counterfeit tickets will not be honored.

The date and time of the event is subject to change in accordance with scheduling policies or a result of other actions or events beyond our control.

Refunds will not be provided if the ticket holder cannot attend the concert.

FLOOR TICKETS

If your ticket is located on the floor, you MUST enter at the CenturyLink Field Event Center gate, located south of CenturyLink Field, on Occidental Ave S. Once your ticket is scanned, you will be directed to the wristband station. You will not gain access to the floor without a wristband.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR TICKETS

  1. Open your Ticketmaster app or visit Ticketmaster using your mobile internet.
  2. Login to your Ticketmaster account and locate the order with your ticket(s).
  3. Tap and show. Your phone will be scanned for entry and you’re in!

Pro Tip: Add your ticket(s) to your phone’s “wallet”

FOR YOUR SAFETY

  • All points of entrance will have metal detector screenings. Be prepared to empty your pockets and comply with any security measures.
  • This show contains special effects, such as strobe lights, pyro/fire, and loud noises.
  • Standing on chairs and blocking aisles is prohibited.

CenturyLink Field Prohibits Smoking

Smoking and vaping is prohibited in CenturyLink Field and within 25 feet of entrances and exits. Using any smoking material is grounds for immediate ejection under Washington State Law.

MERCHANDISE LOCATIONS

Merchandise areas will be located throughout CenturyLink Field.

PARKING POLICIES

Tailgating is not permitted in the CenturyLink Field Event Center Parking Garage. Tailgating is defined as: the use of any item (including tables, chairs, free-standing canopies or umbrellas, awnings attached to recreational vehicles, coolers, barbeques, grills, games, generators, televisions, sound systems, food or drink, food or drink preparation or serving equipment, or other items as identified by the Stadium Manager or designee) for the purpose of an outdoor gathering by one or more people prior to, during or after a scheduled stadium event.

Each parking space must be used for vehicle parking only. Glass containers are not permitted in ANY lot. CenturyLink Field or its agents shall not be responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss to vehicles or any other article left in stadium affiliated parking lots.

The failure of any guests to obey instructions, directions or requests of event personnel, stadium signage or management’s rules and regulations may cause ejection from the event parking lots at management’s discretion, and/or forfeiture and cancellation of the parking pass, without compensation. Refunds will not be made for lost, stolen, or unused parking passes. A refund or credit will be made only for event cancellations. Unauthorized vehicles or vehicles failing to park in the designated areas will be towed and stored at the owner’s expense. Event parking lots are subject to closure without notice.

PARKING PRICES

Automobile parking will be $50 in the North Lot and CenturyLink Field Event Center Parking Garage. Two motorcycles arriving together will be allowed to park in one parking stall for $50 total.

No parking will be available for charter buses and RVs.

Bicycle parking will be located outside of the NW Gate off of Occidental Ave.

ADA PICK UP/DROP OFF

The passenger and disabled drop-off zone is located off the intersection of Railroad Way S. and Occidental Ave., accessible from Northbound 1st Ave. South. Drivers may drop off their passengers adjacent to the stadium prior to parking. Traffic congestion can be a problem if you don’t arrive early! You cannot park in the drop-off zone. Similar access for passenger pickup will be provided post-game, with traffic delays possible.  This drop off location is restricted to ADA access only. Once inside the stadium, if wheelchair assistance is needed, please notify a ticket taker.

CONCERT FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • Box Office Hours
    • Normal business hours for the NW Stadium Box Office are Monday through Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am – 2:30pm.
  • Which box office(s) will be open the day of the event?
    • The NW Stadium Box Office will open at 10:00am for sales, customer service, and ALL ticket will call. The CenturyLink Field Event Center Box Office will open at 4:00pm for customer service related inquires only.
  • Can you tell me if my tickets are valid?
    • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any seat until event day. Any tickets not purchased specifically by the customer through Ticketmaster are considered Buy At Your Own Risk.
  • Who can I speak with regarding mobility impaired (ADA) seating?
    • Please call the CenturyLink Field box office at (206) 381-7848 and ask to speak to a Box Office Manager to arrange ADA seating.
  • Does CenturyLink Field rent wheelchairs for their events?
    • While we can temporarily supply a wheelchair for easier access to your seats, unfortunately we do not allow these to be kept during the event. A Guest Service Representative can escort you via wheelchair to your seats. For more information, ask a gate attendant or visit our GuestLink locations throughout the stadium.
  • How old does my child need to be for free admittance into the event?
    • All patrons need a ticket for the event regardless of age.
  • How much is parking for the event?
    • Parking is $50 in the CenturyLink Field Event Center Parking Garage and North Lot. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. There are many adjacent parking lots as well as street parking scattered throughout the stadium area.
  • May I exit the stadium and re-enter at a later time?
    • There will be no re-entry for this show.
  • How do I transfer my tickets in ticketmaster to another person in my party?
    • Sign into ticketmaster, click on Today’s Event, click view to see the QR code, and then click transfer then add recipient.
  • Are portable phone chargers allowed into the stadium for this show?
    • Yes.
