[POSTPONED]: Justin Bieber

[POSTPONED]: Justin Bieber

This event has been postponed.

In light of the current public health crisis, and with the deepest concern for all those being affected, Justin Bieber will be postponing all currently scheduled 2020 dates for The Changes Tour. While Justin – along with his band, dancers and crew – has been hard at work preparing an amazing show, he has always put the health and well-being of his fans first and foremost. Justin is anxiously awaiting the opportunity to get back out on the road and perform in a space that is safe for everyone. He asks that his fans hold on to their tickets, as they will be honored as soon as the dates are rescheduled. Information on rescheduled dates will be forthcoming soon.

When events are postponed or rescheduled:

-You will be contacted via phone or email with the new event information as soon as we are updated

-Unless notified otherwise, your tickets will be valid for the new event date

-If you are unable to make the new event date and refunds have been approved by the artist, team, venue, or promoter, you will see a “Refund” button within your order in your Ticketmaster Account

The passenger and disabled drop-off zone is located off the intersection of Railroad Way S. and Occidental Ave., accessible from Northbound 1st Ave. South. Drivers may drop off their passengers adjacent to the stadium prior to parking. Traffic congestion can be a problem if you don’t arrive early! You cannot park in the drop-off zone. Similar access for passenger pickup will be provided post-game, with traffic delays possible.  This drop off location is restricted to ADA access only. Once inside the stadium, if wheelchair assistance is needed, please notify a ticket taker.

Banners, signs and flags are permitted as long as they do not obstruct the view of guests or block stadium signage and must meet the following requirements:

  • Banners/signs/flags cannot be larger than 11” x 17” and cannot be on poles or sticks.
  • Items may not be constructed of wood, metal or any other material that may cause harm to others as determined by stadium management.
  • Any banner deemed by management to be inappropriate will not be allowed in CenturyLink Field.
  • All signs must adhere to the above list of prohibited items.

Following several other stadiums and event centers that have seen success with a cashless model, CenturyLink Field, the CenturyLink Field Event Center and WAMU Theater will now only accept cards for concessions, retail, parking, and vendors/hawkers in order to provide a faster, more efficient sales process.

There will be cash-to-card kiosks around the stadium, theater, and event center. Attendees with cash who do not have a valid credit or debit card can insert their cash into the self-service kiosk and get a prepaid card back.

You can load any amount of money from $1 up to $500 per card and there is no transaction fee. The cards can be used inside or outside the stadium; so, if you have money left after an event, take the card with you and use it everywhere major cards are accepted.
