EVENT TIMELINE FOR AUGUST 9, 2017

8 AM: Guests can start lining up (lineup before this time is not permitted)

9 AM: North Lot and CenturyLink Field Event Center Parking Garage Opens

10 AM: Northwest Stadium Box Office Opens: Visit for Will Call, Customer Service Inquiries, and Ticket Sales

2:30 PM: CenturyLink Field Event Center Box Office Opens: Visit for Customer Service Inquiries or to purchase Floor Tickets

3 PM: Occidental Ave. is closed to vehicle traffic

4 PM: All gates open

5 PM: Mix Master Mike

6 PM: Show Begins

11:30 PM: Show Ends (expected end time)

ENTRY POINTS

What gates will be open?

N, NW, W, S and Event Center

How many gates are there, what are they called, and where are they located?

There are five (5) gates; they are called by their geographical designation in relation to the stadium (which is where they are located). North, Northwest, West, South and Event Center.

Is there a separate entrance for GA tickets?

Yes, Event Center.

Are there special entry gates or other services for disabled guests?

All gates have an ADA entrance.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From the North and South:
I-5 and the Alaskan Way Viaduct both have exits near CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. From I-5 there are exits at James Street, 4th Avenue, and Airport Way that will all place visitors in close proximity to the facility.

From the East:
CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center can be reached by both I-90 and SR 520 from the east. From I-90, follow the signs to Fourth Avenue South and turn right. Turn right onto South Royal Brougham Way. From SR 520, take I-5 South, then take either the James Street, 4th Avenue, or Airport Way exits to place you in proximity to the facility.

PARKING POLICIES

Tailgating is not permitted in the CenturyLink Field Event Center Parking Garage. Tailgating is defined as: the use of any item (including tables, chairs, free-standing canopies or umbrellas, awnings attached to recreational vehicles, coolers, barbeques, grills, games, generators, televisions, sound systems, food or drink, food or drink preparation or serving equipment, or other items as identified by the Stadium Manager or designee) for the purpose of an outdoor gathering by one or more people prior to, during or after a scheduled stadium event.

Each parking space must be used for vehicle parking only. Glass containers are not permitted in ANY lot. CenturyLink Field or its agents shall not be responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss to vehicles or any other article left in stadium affiliated parking lots.

The failure of any guests to obey instructions, directions or requests of event personnel, stadium signage or management’s rules and regulations may cause ejection from the event parking lots at management’s discretion, and/or forfeiture and cancellation of the parking pass, without compensation. Refunds will not be made for lost, stolen, or unused parking passes. A refund or credit will be made only for event cancellations. Unauthorized vehicles or vehicles failing to park in the designated areas will be towed and stored at the owner’s expense. Event parking lots are subject to closure without notice.

PARKING PRICES

Automobile parking will be $50 in the North Lot and CenturyLink Field Event Center Parking Garage. Two motorcycles arriving together will be allowed to park in one parking stall for $50 total.

No parking will be available in the North Lot. No parking will be available for charter buses and RVs.

Bicycle parking will be located outside of the NW Gate off of Occidental Ave.

ADA PICK UP/DROP OFF

The passenger and disabled drop-off zone is located off the intersection of Railroad Way S. and Occidental Ave., accessible from Northbound 1st Ave. South. Drivers may drop off their passengers adjacent to the stadium prior to parking. Traffic congestion can be a problem if you don’t arrive early! You cannot park in the drop-off zone. Similar access for passenger pickup will be provided post-game, with traffic delays possible.  This drop off location is restricted to ADA access only. Once inside the stadium, if wheelchair assistance is needed, please notify a ticket taker.

FOR YOUR SAFETY

  • All points of entrance will have metal detector screenings. Be prepared to empty your pockets and comply with any security measures.
  • This show contains special effects, such as strobe lights, pyro/fire, and loud noises.
  • Standing on chairs and blocking aisles is prohibited.
  • Stay hydrated and take precautions against the sun and heat.
  • Water is available for sale at all concessions locations. Fans are permitted to bring in an empty water bottle or a factory sealed full bottle of water.
  • Wear sunscreen and take breaks from the sun. Fans are permitted to bring in small, soft sided containers of sunscreen. Hard spray cans of sunscreen are not permitted.

BAG POLICY

Fans may carry only the following style and size bag, package, or container into CenturyLink Field or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry.

  • Clear plastic/vinyl, not to exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag
  • Small clutch bags no bigger than 4.5” x 6.5” or approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle/strap, may be carried in along with a clear bag.

*If you bring something that is not allowed, there will be lockers available at the SW corner of the CenturyLink Field Event Center (on the corner of Occidental Ave. & Royal Brougham Way) for $20 per locker.

  • Laptop computers and tablets
  • Professional Cameras (anything with a detachable lens) and any camera with a lens longer than 3”

  • Beverages (factory sealed water bottles are permitted)
  • Large quantities of food (single servings permitted)
  • Beach Balls/Inflatables/Balloons/Frisbees
  • Fireworks/Flares/Smoke Bombs/Flammable Materials
  • Laser Pens/Pointers
  • Flashlights
  • Scooters/Skateboards
  • Pepper Spray
  • Stools or other equipment to stand on
  • Weapons
  • Animals (Service Animals OK)
  • Any items deemed by management to be inappropriate will not be allowed in CenturyLink Field.

CenturyLink Field Prohibits Smoking

Smoking and vaping is prohibited in CenturyLink Field and within 25 feet of entrances and exits. Using any smoking material is grounds for immediate ejection under Washington State Law.

Cameras

Personal still photography cameras and digital cameras are allowed. Photographic support tools that may interfere with others’ enjoyment of the game (tripods, professional lenses – larger than 200 mm, etc.) are not permitted in the stadium.

BANNERS/SIGNS/FLAG GUIDELINES

Banners, signs and flags are permitted as long as they do not obstruct the view of guests or block stadium signage and must meet the following requirements:

  • Banners/signs/flags cannot be larger than 24” x 36” and cannot be on poles or sticks.
  • Items may not be constructed of wood, metal or any other material that may cause harm to others as determined by stadium management.
  • Any banner deemed by management to be inappropriate will not be allowed in CenturyLink Field.

TICKET POLICY

Guests of all ages must have an event ticket to enter the stadium.

There will be no re-entry after admittance.

Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. Counterfeit tickets will not be honored.

The date and time of the event is subject to change in accordance with scheduling policies or a result of other actions or events beyond our control.

Refunds will not be provided if the ticket holder cannot attend the concert.

FLOOR TICKETS

If your ticket is located on the floor, you MUST enter at the CenturyLink Field Event Center gate, located south of CenturyLink Field, on Occidental Ave S. Once your ticket is scanned, you will be directed to the wristband station. You will not gain access to the floor without a wristband.

MERCHANDISE LOCATIONS

Merchandise areas will be located throughout CenturyLink Field.

CONCERT FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Box Office Hours

Normal business hours for the NW Stadium Box Office are Monday through Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am – 2:30pm.

Which box office(s) will be open the day of the event?

The NW Stadium Box Office will open at 10:00am for sales, customer service, and ALL ticket will call. The CenturyLink Field Event Center Box Office will open at 2:30pm for customer service related inquires only.

I’ve purchased tickets through Ticketmaster with will call delivery. How can I pick them up?

Please bring your photo ID, along with the credit card you used to purchase to the NW stadium box office will call windows and we can assist you. We can print any Ticketmaster non-VIP will call any time prior to and through event day.

Can you tell me if my tickets are valid?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any seat until event day. Any tickets not purchased specifically by the customer through Ticketmaster are considered Buy At Your Own Risk.

Who can I speak with regarding mobility impaired (ADA) seating?

Please call the CenturyLink Field box office at (206) 381-7848 and ask to speak to a Box Office Manager to arrange ADA seating.

Does CenturyLink Field rent wheelchairs for their events?

While we can temporarily supply a wheelchair for easier access to your seats, unfortunately we do not allow these to be kept during the event. A Guest Service Representative can escort you via wheelchair to your seats. For more information, ask a gate attendant or visit our GuestLink locations throughout the stadium.

How old does my child need to be for free admittance into the event?

All patrons need a ticket for the event regardless of age.

How much is parking for the event?

Parking is $50 in the CenturyLink Field Event Center Parking Garage. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. There are many adjacent parking lots as well as street parking scattered throughout the stadium area.

May I exit the stadium and re-enter at a later time?

There will be no re-entry for this show.

May I pick up my tickets before the day of show?

Yes, if you purchased your tickets from Ticketmaster of Ticketstoday and you selected the Will Call option, they can be picked up prior to day of show.
*Enhanced Experience Tickets must be picked up day of show. We apologize for any inconvenience.
