First & Goal Hospitality (FGH), which launched in 2017, is CenturyLink Field’s exclusive in-house food and beverage company. Created as part of a continual effort to enhance the guest experience at CenturyLink Field, CenturyLink Field Event Center, and the WaMu Theater, FGH focuses on providing fresh, local and sustainable food as well as superior service and atmosphere in the Pacific Northwest’s premier sports & entertainment facility. FGH manages and operates all general concessions and premium dining at Seahawks games, Sounders FC matches, stadium concerts, WAMU Theater, and provides catering services for corporate and private events.

Stadium Street Market

Stadium Street is a marketplace experience on the main concourse, which features dishes from a variety of established and up-and-coming chefs from the Seattle Metro area to create a culinary experience that represents the food and culture of the Pacific Northwest.

Night Market

The Night Market is a unique concept designed around bringing the food culture of our immediate neighbors from Pioneer Square, Chinatown-International District and SoDo into CenturyLink Field, giving our fans exposure to the vast diversity of food right outside of our front door.

Our lineup of restaurants and culinarians are on a rotating schedule throughout the year which provides numerous opportunities for local businesses to participate.

The Delta Sky360 Club level features a menu created by local restaurateur and celebrity chef, John Howie.  Chef John Howie brings casual scratch-cooking menu items infused with innovation and the highest quality sustainable meats with locally sourced ingredients.  New 2018 John Howie features are the Mushroom Brie Burger and the freshly-battered Onion rings.

Cedar Grove Composting & Sound Sustainable Farms

Partnering with Cedar Grove Composting, First & Goal Hospitality sends the compostable materials from CenturyLink Field to be turned into compost, which is then sent to Sound Sustainable Farms. The organic vegetables that are grown at Sound Sustainable Farms are then sold back to FGH, and used in the food prepared for premium areas in the stadium on game day, creating a closed-loop sustainability program. FGH also dedicates an entire Seahawks game each season to showcasing its continued sustainability efforts, during which every type of potato served, including those used to make French fries, is grown organically at Sound Sustainable Farms, and available to all fans throughout concessions.

First & Goal Hospitality is committed to the greater Seattle Community. We offer nonprofit organizations the opportunity to raise funds by earning a percentage of their concession stands during the events held at CenturyLink Field. Events include all Sounders home games, Seahawks home games, and other special events.

Each season, CenturyLink Field is staffed with nonprofit organizations to raise funds for their causes. In addition to raising thousands of dollars for their organizations, groups learn to work as a team and operate in a fun environment with knowledgeable crewmembers.
