Who We Are

The Seattle Seahawks and First & Goal Inc. created First & Goal Hospitality in 2017 as a local Seattle company focused exclusively on delivering the best food experience to fans and guests at Lumen Field. From the start we established three pillars that serve as the foundation for all that we do – keep it local, make it high quality and do it sustainably. Now with Levy’s industry-leading operational resources, First & Goal Hospitality will strengthen the first class food experience for the loudest and most passionate fans in sports.

CHEF MATTEO

Chef Matteo was born into a culinary family in Florence, Italy. At the age of 14, he received his initial training at a family restaurant and decided to become a chef like his grandfather, father and uncle. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Florida, he was hired as Executive Sous Chef at Tropicana Field in 2011 and was promoted to Executive Chef in 2014. He moved to Seattle in 2016 to work as Executive Sous Chef at the stadium, before being promoted to Executive Chef in 2019. Mirroring his Italian background, he’s found a passion for providing fresh, local, sustainable food to all fans.

PARKER DOUGHERTY

CHEF PARKER

Chef Parker is a South Louisiana native and attended the Louisiana Culinary Institute. With 13 years in the culinary industry, his career has spanned through stadiums, arenas, and convention centers across the country. Chef Parker started his career in the NFL working at the Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium, before moving back to New Orleans to work for the Saints at the Superdome. He moved to Seattle in 2014 to work as the Executive Sous Chef for the Seattle Mariners, before joining our team in August of 2017 as Catering Sous Chef. Parker was promoted to Executive Sous Chef in 2019.

What We Do

First & Goal Hospitality (FGH) is the exclusive food and beverage provider for the stadium, Event Center and the WAMU Theater. FGH manages and operates all general concessions and premium dining at Seahawks games, Sounders FC matches, and other stadium events. FGH also provides catering services for corporate events, consumer shows and concerts in the WAMU Theater. As part of its partnership with Levy, FGH will leverage Levy’s operational resources and expertise to create and continuously monitor health and safety measures.

We are proud to collaborate with vendors and restaurants from the Pioneer Square, SoDo, and Chinatown/International District neighborhoods to bring local favorites to stadium fans.
