Fan Code of Conduct
CenturyLink Field management is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for its guests. The staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests and other fans can enjoy the event experience free from the following behaviors:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
- Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
- Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
- Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans
- Verbal or physical harassment of stadium guests and staff members
- Smoking or tobacco use on CenturyLink Field property
Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules are not welcome at stadium events. Unruly or inconsiderate behavior and fighting will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from the stadium and/or permanent revocation of ticket privileges.
As part of an NFL initiative, the Seahawks will require fans that are ejected from the stadium for disruptive or violent behavior to take a four-hour online course before they are permitted to come back into the facility. The cost of the course to Seahawks fans will be $250.
Each guest should hold his or her ticket stub and be ready to display it to stadium officials to verify their seat location. All Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their Guests and/or persons occupying their seats.
*The use of streamers and confetti as an expression of fan enthusiasm during Sounders FC matches is not prohibited, but will be kept under review. Streamers are not to be used to impact the competition and/or thrown at or toward a player, referee or stadium staff member.

Public Display of Affection or PDA
CenturyLink Field is committed to providing an atmosphere that all guests find enjoyable. As part of this commitment, we ask that all guests keep acts of affection tasteful and discrete.
Accessible Individual Game Tickets
A limited number of accessible individual game tickets are placed on sale in late July through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone or internet sales. Guests in need of accessible seats may also contact the CenturyLink Field Box Office at (206) 682-2800 to place an order for tickets.
Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are allowed in CenturyLink Field and Event Center. All other animals are prohibited.
Captioning is available for guests via the corner fascia boards for all Seahawks and Sounders games and major events. This system may not be available for all stadium events.
Disabled Parking Information
Two adjacent lots to CenturyLink Field, the North Lot and CenturyLink Field Event Center Garage, are sold out on a season basis. Limited disabled parking in the North Lot may be available on day of game and will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. The Union Station garage is available for season parking. The elevator at 4th Ave. & Weller Street Overpass will enable you to reach the stadium North Lot from Union Station and avoid stairways. A state-issued, disabled placard is required for disabled parking access.
Disabled Seating Information
There are disabled seats (wheelchair convertible) dispersed throughout all areas and price levels of CenturyLink Field. Disabled seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The passenger and disabled drop-off zone is located off the intersection of Railroad Way S. and Occidental Ave., accessible from 1st Ave. S. Drivers may drop off their passengers adjacent to the stadium prior to parking. Traffic congestion can be a problem if you don’t arrive early! You cannot park in the drop-off zone. Similar access for passenger pickup will be provided post-game, with traffic delays possible.
CenturyLink Field is equipped with two elevators in each of the NE, NW, and SW corners of the stadium, providing service to all levels of the facility. Elevators are also located at the north and south ends of the parking garage, as well as the southeast corner of the Event Center. Elevator service is available to Club Seat Holders, Suite holders and guests with disabilities or difficulty climbing stairs and ramps. For convenient access to the upper level, an express elevator is also available in the NW corner.
Four ramps are located in the SW, NW, NE and SE corners of the stadium. All ramps access the upper levels of the stadium and are ADA-compliant.
Restrooms are located throughout CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center and are all ADA-compliant. Baby changing stations can be found in all Family Restrooms located throughout the facility. Family restrooms are located on the Main Concourse at sections 118 & 126, in the Delta Sky 360 Club level at sections 212, 215, 222 & 232, in the Suite Level across from Suite 36, and in the upper level at sections 302, 315, 322 & 343
Sign Language Interpreters
CenturyLink Field is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for select concert events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Please contact the Box Office at (206) 381-7848 for further information.
Should a guest need access to wheelchair space and accessible seating on a temporary basis, accommodations may be made through the CenturyLink Field Box Office. Tickets may only be exchanged based on availability of existing accessible seats. Due to high demand, accessible seating will run out. We recommend you contact the CenturyLink Field Box Office as soon as you know you will be in need of assistance. Please call the Box Office at (206) 682-2800 to report your need for accessible seating and to check availability.
Ticket fraud includes but is not limited to misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, ejection and if season ticket, revocation of the season tickets assigned to the season ticket account.
Wheelchairs are available to fans needing accessible assistance. Simply let a CenturyLink Field staff member know at the gate/entrance, and they will contact GuestLink Services. A wheelchair will be dispatched and a staff member will escort you to your seat and then arrange a time for a pick-up at the end of the game.
Lost & Found
Lost items can only be kept for up to 30 days, so it is important that you report the loss as soon as possible. Lost and Found #: (206) 381-7544
The Lost and Found staff will secure all found items and make every effort to research and locate potential owners. You may arrange for the return of items by:
On-site pickup: If you properly identify items, you may arrange to pick them up during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We require picture ID at time of pick up.
Federal Express: With approved credit cards or a FedEx account, the Lost and Found Office can prepare items for shipment Monday - Friday before 3:30 p.m.
U.S. Mail: The Lost and Found Office can return small items via U.S. Mail, if you forward a self-stamped mailing container to the Lost and Found Office.
CenturyLink Field is committed to providing spaces for nursing in a private setting. GuestLink Services locations are available at Sections 102, 127, 130, and 318, and our staff will accommodate your needs.
