FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
CenturyLink Field management is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for its guests. The staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests and other fans can enjoy the event experience free from the following behaviors:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
- Over-intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
- Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
- Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
- Verbal or physical harassment of home or opposing team fans
- Verbal or physical harassment of stadium guests and staff members
- Smoking, tobacco or marijuana use on CenturyLink Field property
Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules are not welcome at Seattle Seahawks games. Unruly or inconsiderate behavior and fighting will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from the stadium and/or permanent revocation of ticket privileges.
Each guest should be in possession of their ticket stub and be ready to display it to stadium officials to verify their seat location. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats.
As part of an NFL initiative, the Seahawks will require fans that are ejected from the stadium for violating of the Fan Code of Conduct to take a four-hour online course before they are permitted to come back into the facility. The cost of the course will be $250.
Each guest should hold his or her ticket stub and be ready to display it to stadium officials to verify their seat location. All Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their Guests and/or persons occupying their seats.
*The use of streamers and confetti as an expression of fan enthusiasm during Sounders FC matches is not prohibited, but will be kept under review. Streamers are not to be used to impact the competition and/or thrown at or toward a player, referee or stadium staff member.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
CenturyLink Field enforces measures designed to both enhance public safety and create a safe environment at CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center for all stadium events (including Seahawks games and Sounders FC matches). Guests of CenturyLink Field may carry only the following style and size bag, package, or container into CenturyLink Field or when approaching queue lines.
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″. (Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags are available through club merchandise outlets or at nflshop.com). One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (ziploc bag or similar). No clear backpacks.
Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
- Seat cushions that have no pockets, zippered compartments, or extra straps.
- Oversized bags cannot be placed in acceptable clear bags and will be denied entrance.
- Exception for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the NE VIP Gate, NW VIP Gate, SW VIP Gate, Club Entrance (Garage Level 5), Suite Entrance (Garage Level 6).
- Outside food entering CentruryLink Field must adhere to the clear bag policy and dimensions.

Guns, Knives, Pepper Spray, Brass Knuckles, Loose Batteries, Wires, Box Cutters
Bottles, Cans, Airplane Bottles, Zip-Loc Bags, Shooters
Any Glass, Aluminum, Metal & Aerosol Containers (Including sunscreen)
For the safety of all guests and staff, the operation of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) on CenturyLink Field and Event Center property is prohibited. Violators are subject to trespass from the property and may be subject to FAA and/or local law enforcement action.
Sodas, Specialty Coffees, Sports Drinks
(Exceptions are made for factory sealed water bottles and soft-sided juice boxes)
Laptops are prohibited, but tablets (i.e. Surface, iPad) without a case are permitted.
Cases larger than 4.5” x 6.5” for items such as binoculars, glasses, tablets, etc. are not permitted in accordance with the NFL Bag Policy.
Cameras with video recording capabilities (including GoPros) or professional style cameras with large lenses (6″ or longer) or tri-pods. Selfie sticks are also not permitted inside CenturyLink Field.
Megaphones, Air Horns, Sirens, Horns, Whistles, Drums, Cow Bells
New in 2015, guests are no longer able to bring inflated footballs or soccer balls into the game.
You will be asked to return any prohibited items to your car. Or it can be disposed of at the gates.
Motorcycle helmets are not permitted, but bicycle helmets are allowed into entry.
The following items are permitted at CenturyLink Field
Personal still photography cameras and digital cameras. Photographic support tools that may interfere with others’ enjoyment of the game (tripods, professional lenses – larger than 200 mm, etc.) are not permitted in the stadium. Camera cases are not allowed.
Binocular cases are not allowed.

CenturyLink Field is committed to providing an atmosphere that all guests find enjoyable. As part of this commitment, we ask that all guests keep acts of affection tasteful and discrete.
DISABLED ACCESS GUIDE
Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are allowed in CenturyLink Field and Event Center. All other animals are prohibited.
CENTURYLINK FIELD ATTENDANT POLICY
Government- funded Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) whose attendance is required for ticketed guests with severe disabilities may receive complimentary admission to CenturyLink Field for Seattle Seahawks events. Subject to availability, PCAs will be provided a seat or alternate location in proximity to the guest. The PCA must not participate in services or attractions apart from the guest who requires assistance from the PCA.
All requests for PCA admission must be made at the time of the guest’s ticket purchase and through the Seahawks Box Office at 206-682-2800. Tickets, including that of the PCA and guest, must be picked up in person at the CenturyLink Field Box Office located at the NW Corner of CenturyLink Field.
Should the guest or PCA misrepresent the purpose of the tickets, including PCA’s attendance or that the PCA has acted as a guest rather than performing the functions of a PCA while at a Seattle Seahawks event, the Seattle Seahawks reserve the right to eject both the PCA and guest from the event and may lead to revocation of future ticket privileges.

CenturyLink Field now offers in-game captioning along the reader boards between the 200 and 300 levels. These are placed around the entire stadium.
A variety of delicious food and beverage choices are available through the stadium concession stands and restaurants, provided by First & Goal Hospitality. First & Goal Hospitality was created by the Seahawks and First & Goal Inc. as part of a continual effort to enhance the guest experience and to bring the best local food and beverage options to CenturyLink Field. All concession stands and restaurants in the stadium are ADA-Compliant. Additionally, all permanent concession stands accept credit card payment.
DISABLED PARKING INFORMATION
Parking in the CenturyLink Field Garage and North Lot is limited and reserved for full-season pass holders. We are currently at capacity in both areas. Additional ADA parking is available at the Union Station Garage on a first come, first served basis. There is designated ADA drop-off area on 1st Ave S and Railroad, where you can pull in and drop off guests just outside the CenturyLink Field Pro Shop. Wheelchairs are available on-site by asking any CenturyLink Field Event Staff member.
DISABLED SEATING INFORMATION
There are disabled seats (wheelchair convertible) dispersed throughout all areas and price levels of CenturyLink Field. Disabled seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). For further location of access appropriate options, please contact Ticketmaster at: 1-800-745-3000 or Ticketmaster.com.
The passenger and disabled drop-off zone is located off the intersection of Railroad Way S. and Occidental Ave., accessible from 1st Ave. S. Drivers may drop off their passengers adjacent to the stadium prior to parking. Traffic congestion can be a problem if you don’t arrive early! You cannot park in the drop-off zone. Similar access for passenger pickup will be provided post-game, with traffic delays possible.
CenturyLink Field is equipped with two elevators in each of the NE, NW, and SW corners of the stadium, providing service to all levels of the facility. Elevators are also located at the north and south ends of the parking garage, as well as the southeast corner of the Event Center. Elevator service is available to Delta Sky360 Club Seat
Holders, Suite holders and guests with disabilities or difficulty climbing stairs and ramps. For convenient access to the upper level, an express elevator is also available in the NW corner.
FIRST AID STATIONS
For guest safety and convenience there are several First Aid Stations located throughout CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. In an emergency, please notify the nearest Guest Services representative for assistance or directions. First Aid stations can be found at the following locations:
- Main Concourse: Sections 103, 119 & 141
- Club Level: SW Concourse across from Club Suite 26
- Suite Level: SW Concourse across from Suite 36
- Upper Concourse: Sections 300 & 326
Automatic External Defibrillators (AED’s) are located throughout the facility.

Four ramps are located in the SW, NW, NE and SE corners of the stadium. All ramps access the upper levels of the stadium and are ADA-compliant.
Restrooms are located throughout CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center and are all ADA-compliant. Family restrooms with baby-changing tables and chairs for nursing are also available throughout the facility.
Ticket fraud includes but is not limited to misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in seat relocation, ejection from the stadium, or revocation of ticket privileges. If it involves a Season Ticket Holder, this may include revocation of season tickets.
TICKET SAFETY INFORMATION
We love seeing fans share their excitement by posting about their tickets but please remember the importance of keeping your ticket barcodes private. Do not post pictures of your active ticket barcodes on social media or other platforms which can compromise your ticket information and make it more vulnerable to theft. Stick to posting photos without the barcode or with the front cover of your season ticket booklet only.
As a reminder, the NFL Ticket Exchange powered by Ticketmaster, is the official resale marketplace of the NFL and is the only verified resale market for Seattle Seahawks home game tickets.
Wheelchairs are available to fans needing accessible assistance. Simply let a CenturyLink Field Event Staff member know at gate entry and they can assist. A wheelchair will be dispatched and an Event Staff member will escort you to your seat, and then arrange a time for pick-up at the end of the game.
CenturyLink Field works hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Our alcohol policies are listed below and are also posted at every concession stand.
- Any guest who appears to be under age 30 must present a valid ID (see below).
- No alcohol will be sold to guests who are under 21 years of age.
- No alcohol will be sold to guests who appear intoxicated.
- There will be a two (2) beer / wine limit, per transaction, at concession stands and portable concessions until alcohol cut, which varies by event.
- There will be a one (1) spirit limit, per transaction, at club locations until alcohol cut, which varies by event.
- Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.
- Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected.
- We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into CenturyLink Field. Any attempt to bring alcohol inside will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and may result in the guest being ejected, arrested, or tickets being revoked.

Identification MUST be valid (not expired) and show:
- The bearer’s date of birth,
- The bearer’s signature (except US Military ID),
- A photograph of bearer.
The following forms of ID are acceptable at CenturyLink Field:
- Driver’s License, Instruction Permit, or ID Card issued by any U.S. State, U.S. Territory, and District of Columbia.
- Driver’s License, Instruction Permit, or ID Card issued by any Canadian Province.
- Valid Washington State Temporary Driver’s License.
- US Armed Forces ID Card (encrypted signature & vertical format accepted).
- Merchant Marine ID Card issued by the U.S. Coast Guard.
- Official Passport Booklet or Official Passport Card (must be printed in bearer’s native language and in English).
- NEXUS Card.
- Washington State Tribal Enrollment Card (no expiration date required).
The following forms of ID are NOT accepted for alcohol purchases at CenturyLink Field:
- Punched IDs are NOT accepted
- Expired IDs are NOT accepted
- Temporary IDs are NOT accepted
- Vertical forms of ID other than the Department of Defense issued Common Access Card are NOT accepted
LOST AND FOUND

The Lost and Found staff will secure all found items and make every effort to research and locate potential owners. You may arrange for the return of items by:
On-site pickup: If you properly identify items, you may arrange to pick them up during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We require picture ID at time of pick up.
Federal Express: With approved credit cards or a FedEx account, the Lost and Found Office can prepare items for shipment Monday – Friday before 3:30 p.m.
U.S. Mail: The Lost and Found Office can return small items via U.S. Mail, if you forward a self-stamped mailing container to the Lost and Found Office.
If you have purchased a VIP Package, please reference the check-in instructions and itinerary for further details on how to pick up your tickets and/or merchandise (if applicable). All VIP Package buyers should receive an email approximately three (3) days prior to event date with all necessary information. Check-in instructions may vary per VIP Package.
